Mikoto Suoh x reader: Posession - Chapter three

The rest of the day went by fast, and the evening started to fall. You sat with Anna in the couch, looking at drawings she had made. Quite some of Homra men were in the bar as well, drinking, talking, but Mikoto was nowhere to be seen. Anna's drawings were lovely, but you couldn't help to let your thoughts wander off, thinking of him. He had reacted quite strange on your story earlier... You wondered what he was up to... Hmmm? Your eyes widenend and you seemed to have gotten back to earth. The red haired male walked in, with tired looking eyes. He probably noted your staring and glared at you, giving you a blush and making you look down. He went to the bar and sat down on the first seat he could find.

The leather of the sofa creaked, looking next to you, you found Kusanagi who had sit down, holding his drink.
"You allright?" he asked in his usual comfortable way. "Oh, yeah... Sure" you said trying to smile, but failing to. He somewhat seemed to smile in your place, but you could still read the concern on his face.
"You must have a lot of pain, again, if you need anything please let anyone know, we're all here to help you."
you were finally able to pull of a bit of a smile.
"Well I do, it is just the headache and the nightmares that are most dragging. I'm fine though"
"Hmm, a part of you reminds me to Mikoto. Trying to be independant even if you need help. Good we're all here for him, even though as his friend I wish he would have found love, but he's just too much of a stubborn ass. Anyway, we'll be here for you too, if you need it or not, and I'm sure once you start to feel better your physical condition will improve too." his words made you happy, and you had somewhat a nice prospell now.
"Oh, I have to go, someone wants a drink. When you want to go sleep you can just go upstairs, mi casa es su casa. " And he wandered off back to the bar.

It didn't take long before Anna went to bed, and you had decided to just tag along with her. Once you were in your bed, it took barely a minute to fall asleep, what a lovely feeling to be safe.

A shadow hung over you. Slowly you openend your eyes, squeezing them as shards of light pierced your retina. What a dreadful sight, your pupils started trembling. Huge shadows of men stood there, looking down to you, like monsters, with bloodshed smiles. There were holding aqually huge injection needles, with poison dripping out. "No! NO! Go away!" You cried out, crawling, trying to stand up. You started running, but every step felt as if your feet were made of lead. "NO!" You fell down, you tried to stand up, but you couldn't, the shadown came closer inch by inch, and you looked behind you. "Noo!"

You openend your eyes tensed, staring right into the dark room. You were breathing heavily, trying to catch your breath. It wasn't real... It wasn't real... You sat there, scared. You kept rehearsing the dream in your head, inspecting every detail, shivering at some. Even though being close to tears and scared as hell, you kept strong. "It's gonna be allright... It was just a nightmare..." You whispered. Lying down trying to sleep again, you simply couldn't. Maybe they are under the bed... You shook your head, it's only a nightmare! You told yourself again, but the thought kept lurking in your mind. You wanted to be with him, with Mikoto, in his warm aura. You wished he could comfort you like the night before, but he wasn't here. With someone strong like him around, nobody would probably even try to hurt you. You knew he was strong, not just by his physique, but by the vibes he passed through, his soul was tired, but strong, stronger than anything, you had felt so everytime he was close to you. Maybe you could... Could you? Could you just go to him... If you didn't wake him up it would just be fine... Woudln't it? But you would have to cross the hall for that... But if you don't you would just be lying here all night, scared and awake.

You decided to overwin your fear, and got out of bed. Trying to focus on yourself and not look around, you walked towards the door. Silent as possible you openend it, and walked on your tip toes towards the door of his room. You took hold of the latch, and overthought your decission. Having already come this far, you pushed it down, opening the door ajar, just big enough for you to fit in. The vibe you had been longing for came right to you, and filled your heart with ease. You closed the door and walked towards the right side of his bed, since you coudls ee his figure breathing under the blanket on the left. You snook in and nestled yourself in the soft blankets, making a little sigh in relief. "What are you doing?" You had a little jumpscare when the low voice overthrew the silence, and the figure had moved to his side, facing you.
